For water-repellent finishing of cotton, polyester, nylon and their blends.
Dosage: 5-20 g/L.
Dosage: 20-60 g/L; crosslinking agent: 4-12 g/L. One dip, one nip; dry, then heat-set at 160-185°C for 30-90 seconds.
Remove residual dyes and surfactants from the fabric. Conduct compatibility trials before combining with resins or softeners. Adjust bath pH to 5.0-7.0 with acetic or citric acid.
Adjust the process and dosage based on actual fabric trials.
